AUDIT
The main purpose is to review how successfully your company is buying their travel and hotels to establish the efficiency and effectiveness of their booking process, whether that is through a TMC or directly and assessing your internal process’ to establish patterns and where improvements can be made.
The audit is a fully comprehensive review of the process from start to finish to establish where the company can increase efficiency and potentially save time and/or money.
OUTCOMES
There are many outcomes possible from the review of which the below are a few.
Highlight where time and money can be saved for the company.
Highlight the gaps in the buying process internally and the service provided by the TMC (where one is appointed) and provide the tools to improve this.
Confirm whether the deals that are in place; direct or via the TMC are beneficial for the company.
CONFIDENTIAL
Thoughout the process data will need to be shared to ensure that a fully comprehensive audit can be completed. We understand the sensitive nature of this information and will keep everything confidential.
Data will never be shared with any other company, individual or entity unless written consent is given by the client.
REPORTING
A report will be drawn up at the conclusion of the audit which will incorporate all aspects of the audit and recommendations to improve the current processes.
All recommendations can be drawn up into action plans and followed through to implementation or simply reported for the you to follow up on, whichever works best for you and your company.
